The public open space has multiple areas for families and individuals to enjoy. A large grass open area allows people to play ball games together or a game of frisby. The beginners pump track is a great way to get young children on their bikes and practicing their skills on the 300m learn to ride track that circles the open space. There are multiple gym zones to enjoy outdoor exercise with the family with each space providing their own work out ideas via QR code. The connecting 6km of shared pathways are a great way to explore the rest of Kingston, with an upgraded pathway onto the Whitewater Creek Track.
