Revitalize, replenish and give back to yourself with yoga as we extend World Kindness Day (13 November) into December.

Take this opportunity to fill up your cup with some self-care and self-kindness in the lead up to Christmas.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
