Mat Pilates in the Park

Kingston Park Outdoor Exercise Area Sparrowhawk Street, Kingston, TAS

This is a low impact high intensity workout based on traditional Pilates principles. In this workout we will use fundamental Pilates exercises to guide you through a fun class, offering progressions for those who want something more challenging. No prior Pilates experience needed. BYO yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Minimum age 16 years.

Low Impact Exercise at Kingston Park

Plan your fitness goals for 2024 with this great class for anyone who is new to exercise. Gentle movements done in a fun way, using the outdoor equipment at Kingston Park. You only need to bring a towel and water bottle. This class will be run by a qualified trainer from the Kingborough Fitness Centre.
