Ukulele complete beginners’ workshop

UKULELE COMPLETE BEGINNERS WORKSHOP
In this 3-hour complete beginners’ workshop, Rose Turtle Ertler will teach you how to hold the ukulele, tune it and play a few chords. You’ll learn a few easy strumming and picking patterns and some songs to take home and practisc.
Notes provided. No experience necessary. BYO Ukulele.
Rose Turtle Ertler has been playing the lovely little ukulele for over twenty years. She has performed her original songs extensively in Australia and overseas including at ukulele festivals in New York and New Zealand.
Rose was one of the first members of the Melbourne Ukulele Kollective and has taught at numerous ukulele clubs around Australia. She played uke with the Black Orchid Stringband based in Melbourne with members of the Australian West Papuan community until she moved back to northern Tasmania in 2018.
