Tuesday Talk: Thriving in Later Years: Mental Health and Wellbeing

Join a representative from Lifeline Tasmania who will talk about mental health, coping strategies, what people can do to establish healthy habits, resources and support, followed by Q&As.
Morning tea is provided.
Location: Council Chambers, Civic Centre, 15 Channel Hwy Kingston.
Entry is free. Bookings required, please RSVP.
Doors open at 10:30am. The talk will be from 11:00am to 12:00pm.
