Tuesday Talk – Men’s health – Issues and Initiatives

Australia is one of the world’s healthiest societies, yet men of all backgrounds are less likely than women to live healthy lives.
This talk will focus on the issues being experienced by men that may be preventing better health outcomes and look at some initiatives which are aimed at addressing the imbalance.
Jake Roberts from Health Promotion South and David Puls from ‘The Men’s Table’ will be the presenters.
This talk is part of Council’s Positive Ageing program. All are welcome to attend. Morning tea provided.
