September 3 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

The benefits of playing Mah Jong extend far beyond entertainment.

Playing offers a wide range of advantages for mental health and well-being.

From cognitive stimulation and stress relief to social connection and enhanced memory.

The game requires gentle concentration, some strategy and of course …luck!

Come along for this free introduction, being presented by a long-term player and Mah Jong teacher Anne Hornby.

This free session is part of Kingborough Council’s Positive Ageing program.  Morning tea provided.
