Planning and Paperwork

About this event
Join Bec from Solace (You n’ Taboo) for a look at the language of dying and death, how to have difficult conversations.
She will provide some valuable information on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardian as well as an overview of Advance Care Directives (ACD).
This will be followed by Hannah from Palliative Care who will take a practical dive into Advance Care Planning and the new Tasmanian Advance Care Directive form.
As this is a long session, we are stopping for a short break at 12pm and Hannah will spend 45 min on the Advanced Care Directives.
You will have time for questions.
