Learn Songwriting

$30This workshop is suitable for anyone who’s ever wanted to write a song but doesn’t know where to start as well as experienced songwriters who are interested in different songwriting techniques.
Northern lutruwita/Tasmanian musician and song writer Rose Turtle Ertler will lead you through various fun exercises looking at lyric & melody writing and song structure.
Everyone will work on their own song and will end up with at least the bones of a new song.
Rose will show you some tricks that have helped her along the way.
BYO instrument (if you don’t play an instrument, you can also just use your voice – which is also an instrument!)
Recommended age is 16 years and up.
