Falls Prevention

The likelihood of a fall increases partly because of the natural changes that happen as our bodies age, but the good news is – many falls are preventable.
To find out ways to minimise risk and even learn how to fall ‘better’, come along to this informative talk which might radically change the way you do many everyday tasks.
