Tasmania’s most generous market is back just in time for a Christmas Cleanout!
Mayor, Paula Wriedt encouraged anyone wanting to declutter their homes over the holidays to book a table at the Really Really Free Market.
“The next market will be held at the Kingborough Community Hub on Saturday 24 February 2024, from 12pm – 1pm,” Cr Wriedt said.
“It’s a great time of year to go through your stuff and find it a new home.
“The market is held 4 times per year and the post-Christmas might just be one of the most exciting.
“People with items to give away are happy to lighten their load, while others are thrilled to walk away with a treasure for free.
“The aim of the Really Really Free Market is to stop things going into landfill and to provide a way for items to be reused and recycled.” Cr Wriedt said.
