The benefits of Tai Chi for arthritis include increasing flexibility, strength, posture, balance, mind/body coordination and more. The practice of Tai Chi increases the flow of Chi (energy), throughout the body, also lifting mood and clearing the mind.
This is a 10 week course, every Wednesday from 10.30am to 11.15am, starting from 26 April at Blackmans Bay Hall.
