This eight week course aims to improve your energy, balance, strength and mind body coordination through slow, relaxed, gentle movement. No experience needed. If you have health conditions that restrict your movement, it is suggested that you check with your GP or other health practitioner. Tai Chi has been proven to enhance wellbeing, release stress, improve clarity of mind and lift moods.
